"This property is a jewel. Interior was decorated beautifully. We enjoyed every minute we were there. The water view was totally visible from the family room area. "The cottage was clean, organized, and well put together. We didn't even use the second bedroom because the one bedroom had two twins, but this cottage could easily sleep 4. The location was a little more removed that I would have liked (Ocklawaha is basically a one-stop light town), and there was some noise from being so close to Gator Joe's, but it was still a nice, quiet location."

"Had a great stay. Owners were very friendly and helpful. We were looking for a place that we could bring a boat and enjoy nature while also being close enough to big cities if we wanted. This location was pretty much directly between Tampa and Orlando and gave us the flexibility we were looking for. We saw tons of wildlife on the lakes and rivers and enjoyed ourselves greatly!!"

"Although the weather was chilly for Florida. The afternoon sun warms the backyard and the dock was perfect for a couples outdoor dining. The fish were not biting but we counted 18 species of birds! Great getaway. The house is small but plenty of room to spread out and relax in the common area and the decor was spot on. Found a single serve coffee pot under the kitchen counter. Plenty of blankets and towels. The curtains were thin so adding blinds would be a good upgrade. Enjoyed our stay."

"House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes...
