Every thing was so like brand new that I even conveyed to the owner that I was afraid to scratch or dirty anything. I asked the owner why he put "just basics" in the description. "Convenient, attractive downtown location for walking. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The floodlights were annoying. The rooms were broken up in an awkward manner. The furniture was totally wrong for us seniors: high table and chairs, a sofa that put us so far down that it was nearly impossible to get up. The "smart" television was too tricky to navigate. All we needed were the basic channels."

"Dona is a PROFESSIONAL exotic animal steward. They are not her “pets” though she loves them all. They were surrendered to her and her family by various people who bought them through exotic pet dealers. Do not go here expecting to hold a lemur or play with a fox. It’s an absolutely gorgeous place and an honor just to see the incredible animals she cares for. The apartment is just perfect for a nice little stay and taste of farm life"

As stated above, everything was fantastic, from meeting Dona' s Mom, "Mrs. A", upon our arrival to the wonderful animal tour given by Dona, complete with the boys being able to feed some of the animals, to the perfect evening with a fire, and star viewing. Dona & her Mom went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. We made great memories here and look forward to our next time we can come again!"
