"My husband took our 2 teen daughters to Lynn’s place this past week for 4 nights. It was spectacular! The views are incredible, and the sunsets were unbelievable. We sat several nights on the deck and just watched all the people walking and enjoying the coastline with their adorable dogs! The cottage is fully stocked and adorably decorated. The beds are SO comfortable! We will definitely be back, Encinitas is the coolest spot and a great place to see and visit the San Diego area! Thank you Lynn!"

"I usually stay at a nearby timeshare that gets rented out by the owners, but chose this place instead. Very glad I did. Communication was excellent with the owner/management. Waking up and propping myself up in bed and watching the ocean through the front siding glass door was incredible. Plus it has a front porch that we ate several breakfasts and meals. We really appreciated the Quality linens, towels, and special touches throughout the house. Super proximity to the town of Delmar and the ocean. Everything was walkable.. "Lots of B&B type atmosphere in the property, spacious to hang out, great location near the village with restaurants a short walk. 3rd bedroom is only reachable through the second bedroom. Great yard and accommodation for our dog. Host is great. Significant trek to the beach."

"The place was exactly as pictured-Much nicer than the condo our family members stayed in in building D. My only suggestions is to have grilling utensils (in the event you want to use the property grills). And better instructions on where the office is to pickup your keys. We could not find the office. We asked 3 or 4 people around the pool and no one knew I finally bumped into an amazon delivery guys who directed me to the office. Otherwise our stay was great. We would definitely stay here...

"This place was amazing, clean and cozy. The Tuscan decor made us feel we were staying in Italy. We were welcomed with soft music and a bottle of wine. Our host Dennis was on it when we needed anything. Thank you for the great breakfast recommendations and always checking in with us. "Overall this cottage looks like an afterthought. Knitted (or crocheted) pillows were old with long black hairs. We didnt use them. Bed linens clean, great towels. Cottage is cluttered and really needs some love. Bathroom ceiling (directly over the toilet) has a large crack that leaves dusty dark particles all over the tank cover no matter how often I cleaned the tank top. "Great location, fantastic view, great for a weekend getaway. For a longer stay you will need some basics for cooking and your own towels. Parking is super tricky via the alley way but we would definitely return again."

"We found our stay at Marbella very enjoyable. Our king corner unit had a great view of the ocean and pier. The sound of the waves in the evening was very relaxing. We did yoga on the patio one day which was great. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side but comfortable. The location is great. Highly recommend this place. "
