Excellent property, friendly staff, rooms were clean. We had a lovely time. They even have a shower to wash your feet at the entry to the property when you come back from the beach to try and minimalize the sand on the property.

We loved how close the hotel was to the beach, our favorite restaurants, bars, and shopping. We were celebrating our anniversary, but we saw several families enjoying the site and amenities. Guest services were very helpful with fast responses to our inquiries. Overall, a great stay!

We stayed at CBI Sept 18th. It was clean, just as pictured, and everything I wanted when I booked the room. The staff was friendly as well as the other tenants present (my experience). Everything we needed was right there like the chairs and beach towels. Parking was good. I have not a single complaint 10/10. You will get what you selected. Have a great trip.

Incredible stay. The location is fantastic. It was such a pleasure being steps to the beach and the complimentary beach gear was so amazing so you could really enjoy the full experience. Even had boogie boards and sand toys! So many places to eat within walking distance it was hard to choose! Beautiful sunsets, and the staff were all amazing. The daily activities for guests and the kids felt above and beyond. The adult hot tub temp was nice and hot, with a cooler one for the kids. Free underground parking out of the heat. The property grounds were all very clean and orderly. Some other reviews I noticed talked about rooms needing updating, but in my experience updates usually come with price increases so be careful what you wish for! I will take it as-is anyday over a higher price with some new grout. We cant wait to return.

We have stayed here 3times every time we have the staff is so nice and accommodating we travel a lot it’s so nice when you come in and they let you check in because room is available this place has bikes to check out for free they also have chairs and umbrellas for you to check out at beach as well pool is great and the adult hot tub is the bomb very hot and it’s adults only it’s truly the best hotel

It’s all about the location! Centrally located in the heart of Carlsbad village , perfect for the Taste of Carlsbad. The room was clean and the site was very welcoming. We will definitely return, but pay the extra money to get a room with a better view.
