"Hotel room not bad was just disappointed that instead of having a freezer to refreeze my ice packs I had to make arrangements to refreeze the ice packs in another location. Since it wasn’t in my room it was just an inconvenience for our travels. We were tired and exhausted and just wanted to relax but instead we had to run back and forth from the 3rd floor to the check in counter which shouldn’t have been necessary if the refrigerator had just had a freezer in our room"
