"Run…don’t walk. Run away from this property. The pictures don’t represent this property. Not dirty. Dark. Old. Vinyl furniture. The ‘cafeteria’ and that’s what is ridiculously crowded. The property is sandwiched between refineries and camping grounds. 2 stars maybe…4 is offensive. We left. Didn’t stay. Didn’t get our money back, don’t care. Managers have dealt with this situation before - clearly. They were dealing with another couple when we left. Terrible. You’ve been warned. "

"The perdon who checked me in was not particularly helpful, however the person who chrcked me out was rude! I asked for a taxi to the bus station, she hesitated, then called one taxi who said he was busy, she did not adk for how long. She hung up and then tried to convince me the bus did not go where I wanted to go. I knew better, butshe thought I was wrong and eventually just walked away from me. The other person working the front desk just looked the other wsy. I had to walk with heavy suitcases for 25 minutes to the bus station and rventually I got on the bus to the place I knew it went. There were no other guests st the front desk at the time. I was treated very rudely by your employees!"

"Very satisfied with our stay in the apartments. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had all the facilities we needed. Very friendly staff that answered any questions politely and helpfully. Food was good with plenty of choice although the buffet style could mean it was, on occasion, not hot enough. Good choice of pools and bars."

"Food was luke warm on a lot of the hotplate offerings so best get freshly cooked food! "

"We had a regular stay. Positive points: pool, garden view Negative points: - No air conditioning killed us in middle of August heat, even with fans and open windows neither adults or children could sleep. The upper floor was impossible to stay - Distance to beach. Not walking distance, it seems close to the beach on the map but you need to take the car and pay for parking - No Wifi - Cleaness was so so, fridge and congelador were super dirty, sofa had so much dirt that we had to pass the vacum cleaner ourselves at arrival. - Instructions to enter the apartment were not clear. We received a word document before arriving the instructions that keys were in one place, tried to call the owner without answer and finally after calling cleaning lady 3 times she answered telling that keys were under the rug ( not as per instructions). Overall vacation were nice but the house was not the best. We use to spend holiday every year in the region and I would not repeat the place."
