"Even from before we booked this location, Dennis provided excellent communication from the start. The home was clean and provided everything we asked for and then some. The four bedrooms worked out amazingly well, and even the singles were comfortable. Our family enjoyed an extended weekend fishing on the lake and enjoyed time in the home. The pool was closed at the time we visited so we can't provide info there. But, we couldn't have asked for more. We would love to come back!"

The rooms, the beds, decor, cleanliness… they have thought of everything and have such servant hearts! Breakfast was wonderful and the environment is so relaxing. "We enjoyed a lovely weekend at Dogwood Springs Ranch. We spent the early morning hours drinking coffee on the front porch and watching the hummingbirds zip around. It was peaceful and very relaxing. Carlos provided a nice tour of the property via golf cart and also shared a dozen of fresh eggs. The cottage was well appointed and very clean. It was the perfect setting for our reunion weekend in the Mineola area."

"We didn't get to take full advantage of the surrounding area of our cabin as it stormed all day Saturday. But, we had a great weekend. It was myself and 2 granddaughters, age 19 and 16. I carried food to cook on the grill, but because of the rain, couldn't do that. The cabin was equipped with 2 gas burners that made it easy to cook indoors. I have been to other cabins in the woods and could not use our phones or watch tv. This cabin had a tv with vcr and video cassette player and the wifi worked...

Upon rental and before we arrived prompt communication with the owner was very much appreciated. Instructions for home entry, parking, etc were very clear. This house is in a beautiful, quiet community. There was plenty of room inside this large house. "My sweet man and I took our first little R&R trip together here. It was a little bit of off season time so the grounds had a lot of dead foliage on the little trails on the property. But that was expected. It was peaceful & would go back again. Great quick getaway! "
