The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and we appreciated the adjoining rooms our family shared. "The best location, views and luxury room! Beds were SO comfy, room was HUGE and immaculate. Highly recommend over staying In Lucerne- website does not do this hotel justice. Only downside was no robes in room and my room was missing a coffee pot-our friends had both items in their room so probably a fluke! "

"Unclear was that our room was actually in a building a quick block north. But front desk staff escorted us directly to our room. The room was very spacious, beds cozy, ample plugs. "Owners are a very nice, friendly couple. Remote location from Luzern. No breakfast but were offered free coffee or tea. Ten francs to use grill. Shared bath (not private as advertised). Room size OK for two but "No picnic in room!" We did not see any "free toiletries" and initially were provided only one bath towel to use for two people."
