A few more friends came for a few days of our stay and there was room for five of us comfortably. The location is great with easy access to Boulder, Louisville, and lots af trails. "We are from Greeley and just came up for the night. We went downtown Estes for dinner then came back to the room. We sat in the hot tub under a completely clear sky! We could see every star! The sound of the river is very calming. We did contact the owner. He got back to us in a matter of minutes! Very easy process and a great night away. We will be back!"
