A few more friends came for a few days of our stay and there was room for five of us comfortably. The location is great with easy access to Boulder, Louisville, and lots af trails. The location was great being so close to downtown where we could walk to shopping, restaurants. Durango, Mark and Toon were fantastic hosts and very responsive."

"This was such a relaxing and quiet place to return to after a busy day with relatives for Christmas. The beds were comfy and the space was warm and quiet. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful appointments throughout, like the stained glass and the gorgeous pottery coffee mugs. Delightful space!"

"All was great at this little cabin. The only downside was that it was near the highway. The river sounds almost drowned out the sound, but not quite. Nobody's fault, and it was overall great. The Rocky Mountain Park was truly spectacular, and surrounding hikes were remarkable!"

"Pinecone cottage is about 5 minutes to the Park and about 5 minutes to downtown Estes. There is a great view from the deck and we saw deer and heard elk bugling! The cottage was very clean. The owners let us a large welcome basket and thoughtfully supplied drinking water (the cottage has well water that is slightly yellow but doesn’t have any off taste). Overall, a very nice stay!"

"The weather didn't cooperate which of course was not the property's fault. The bed was not very comfortable for me, a bit too firm, so it was tough for me to sleep well. Other than that, it was a great place with good people. We had an amazing trip and this beautiful property was warm & cozy."

"We are from Greeley and just came up for the night. We went downtown Estes for dinner then came back to the room. We sat in the hot tub under a completely clear sky! We could see every star! The sound of the river is very calming. We did contact the owner. He got back to us in a matter of minutes! Very easy process and a great night away. We will be back!"

"This was our first time with VRBO and it couldn’t have gone better. Leslie is a very conscientious host who immediately answered questions since we were new to the neighborhood. The 1886 styled ‘cabin’ was nicely furnished with the basic conveniences of modern living including temp control for Winter and Summer. Comfy beds and nice-to-have closets. We adapted to small bedrooms & bath. Might be problematic if more than three adults for long term. Loved the gas stove used almost daily. Quiet...
