I was working remotely so my main criteria was the Wi-Fi, which was strong and fast (180+ Mbps), and a comfortable place from which to work; I alternated between the window counter and the couch (quite comfortable) and never felt restless. Location wise, it was easy to get to and the recommendation in their book for breakfast was perfect. And the host kept in contact the whole time about access to the loft as well as timing. "I genuinely loved staying at this studio. I spent the weekend pretty much locked inside studying, and this was a perfect, cozy place for it. The parking space is right neat the door, making it very easy to take things inside. The bed was very comfortable, and the owners are able to make great use of a little space, offering a couch and coffee table, another table to work at, spacious bed, recliner, etc. Very clean It was all very nice. In the late evenings, it was very noisy with intoxicated...

"This historic home that is nestled on a quiet street made our first trip to Lynchburg a great one. Conveniently located within walking distance to downtown, we were able to park and didn’t need to move our vehicle again until departure. Communication with the hosts and check-in was easy and fast on both accounts. If we return to Lynchburg we would definitely stay here again."
