There was a lot of construction going on in the area but I just assume that mean greater amenities in the future. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. "I had a great time here! The property was better than advertised. I had a friend / family group of 10 and everyone enjoyed the spacious floor plan and multiple floors for privacy. The host made things very clear in the preparation email and my stay went well with 0 issues thanks to the clear directions. Surrounding streets could be nicer lol but overall the experience was great there are multiple restaurants and Casino within walking distance. "

"We had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful home. The house was stocked with everything we needed (including lots of baby items for our 7 month old). We used the whole house - from catching up on laundry to having a glass of wine on the patio. The neighborhood had great coffee shops, restaurants, and playgrounds. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the Franklin Institute. Street parking was pretty easy to find, despite the construction down the block, and we never got a ticket. Gabe and Jon...

"Loved the stay & the property itself, location could’ve been better as there was multiple homeless sleeping/sitting directly outside the door & on the rest of the block. also there was trash all along the street/sidewalks and minimal parking. If you’re super concerned about safety this location probably isn’t the best, but if you know what to expect while staying in philly this is a great stay. "
