"Exquisite property and house — more beautiful and spacious than the photos lead on. Tina was so thoughtful and responsive, and she went above and beyond to make our group feel at home. We needed a space to host my sister’s baby shower, and her idyllic home was the perfect setting for our special weekend. Very clean, comfortable, and picture-perfect. We’d give six stars if possible and would love to come back! Thank you Tina :)"

"Very beautiful property with everything we needed for a very relaxing New Year’s weekend. Clean, comfortable and spacious. My dog and I enjoyed are morning walks through the property. Bedrooms were well appointed. We loved it so much… we canceled some of our plans and dinner reservations, choosing instead to stay/cook in the home. Thank you!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed spending Thanksgiving at Battle Spring Farm. The house is very comfortable with a large kitchen/eating area and adjacent living room. We enjoyed the gas fire place in the living room and the fire pit by the spring house where my son and grandson enjoyed making S'mores. The owner was responsive to every communication in a timely manner and was generous in supplying linens, paper products, personal care items, etc. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and...

"The drive way was the worst thing about this property. It was very scary to get in and out of. Also, the front step really needs some work. It wobbled and because of the weather, it was covered in wet leaves. I was so afraid I was going to fall. The house is charming and other than going down the basement stairs to do a load of laundry, things were fine."

"The property was clean and bright. It was close to our family’s home for a short commute back and forth. Even though there are no TVs in the home the kids were just fine with the WiFi. I love the white bedding and linens. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again."

"Loved the stay & the property itself, location could’ve been better as there was multiple homeless sleeping/sitting directly outside the door & on the rest of the block. also there was trash all along the street/sidewalks and minimal parking. If you’re super concerned about safety this location probably isn’t the best, but if you know what to expect while staying in philly this is a great stay. "
