"Just wish thwy had parking"

"The one bedroom apartment was the perfect room for my trip. It was spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes (and coffee and tea), and the bathroom had very nice toiletries. The building was clean and quiet, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the area was quiet and within walking distance of many sites. "

"We had a wonderful stay and the place was clean and put together. My only complaint was that for 6 people we could not shower without running out of hot water. The hot water seemed to be good for about 2 people. "

"The Tidewater is a strange and historic building in an amazing location, with all the best of Philly at your doorstep. The views from the apartment are mesmerizing!"

"We were had a problem with the TV that we texted on to get fixed one time but it happened again so gave up and used our own iPad. Also unable to get fresh bath towels. They only leave a few in a cabinet in the hallway and those go quickly. There was some kind of water leak outside causing a river outside the window. If there was staff on hand could would have communicated it to them. Got followed from the subway so be street smart when walki by around. "

"This property was even nicer than the photographs suggested. We loved being in this loft area of Old City/Northern Liberties...Parking is understandably tricky so give yourself time to calmly look for street parking or find nearby parking lots. We loved it. We will be back!"

"Great place to stay if you like to stay more in a neighborhood-type than a bigger city clean and comfortable. Walking distance to eateries. Easy code entry. Everything worked out well."

"The place was fresh and felt new. Very contemporary. I liked it. Full kitchen was also nice. Oh. And laundry in unit. So good. The view was awesome. If you go. Ask for 7th floor, back side (710 to be specific) Only thing i will say is the bed was extremely firm. Also no tv in the bedroom. Other than that it was great. "

"We had a very good experience. Great location with lots of restaurants and historical landmarks within walking distance. The beds in the two bedrooms were very comfortable. The only issue we had with the unit itself is that the futon couches did not make for comfortable sleeping, and noise from the street was at times quite loud. Just bring ear plugs. Host company was very responsive."

"Excellent place to stay with everything one needs for a long or a short stay. Super fast WiFi and a new smart TV were most welcome. The place was very clean and was most comfortable. We found some great eating spots just a five minutes walk (try Race St Cafe or Khyber Pass) and parking was just two blocks away and we felt at $30:00 a day a fair value. "

"Property was great. Walkable to all of the old city to see the liberty bell and independence hall. About an hour walk from the Philadelphia museum of art which isnt to bad of you plan to get there when it opens around 10 a.m."
