"This room was perfect for a one night stay in Philadelphia! As out of state guests, the location is perfect for walking to close shops and food. The ONLY thing that we had an issue with was parking and NOT but the fault of the owner. It is a very just city and parking was atrocious, but the host gave us maps of all the places to park. We ended up parking in a public lot about 10 min walking distance away and we had no issues. The minimalism of this rental was perfect for 2 guests"

"The apartment is very clean and spacious. It's nice, bright and homey. We enjoyed the comfort for our Girl's Weekend away. The apartment is truly centrally located to many of the "must sees" in Philadelphia. We also enjoyed walking to a couple nice restaurants nearby, we felt safe walking at night (10:00pm) back to the apartment. The only drawback was the nightclub behind the complex. Also, it would help to have the condo listed as a second floor rental so persons with disabilities are aware of that before renting."

"Nice property with an awesome rooftop area. We were a group of 5 and it was not suitable for us. My son did sleep on the couch but there were no extra blanket or pillows for him. Would not sleep a sixth person as listing indicates. Disappointingly not enough essentials for our 3 day stay - such as toilet paper. Getting in the property is tricky - multiple door knobs on two separate entrances - but felt secure once inside. Was great to walk to Temple University and overall safe location."

"Location was good but property could use an update. There is definitely a need for better communication as well. When we arrived we did not have the property number to give to security. There is no guide or info in the apartment for WiFi, guidelines for the apartment, etc. - unlike others I have stayed in. We needed to reach out a few times to get info. "The only security between my family and anyone on the street (in a rather rough-looking neighborhood) was an unlocked door to the building and a hollow-core apartment door with a simplistic key code. There is no loading zone to park to unload a vehicle, except for the driveway of the bodyshop next door. While the apartment itself was generally clean, the building was not.
