"While still being relatively close to the center of Montecito and not far from downtown Santa Barbara, the cottage was quiet and very private. Parking is also a breeze. I have a large truck that can be hard to park in other places I've stayed in SB. No issues here with parking always available right in front of the cottage. The cottage was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Pat was very quick to respond to questions. We'll definitely stay here again if we are in town."

Property could use some rugs and better furniture. Garden and grounds well kept. Host responded promptly to our questions. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe."

"A unique, fun, charming property that had lots of privacy! We enjoyed the AvoCottage so much! The mini-mini golf course was a hoot. And the setting was great, once we found it in the dark. The owner was great and responsive. I recommend to anyone looking for something different, yet has plenty of creature comforts."

"Unsatisfactory The pool table was sitting in the floor with no legs unable to use it The outside heaters didn’t have the tanks connected unable to use them The 3 covered parking didn’t exist The garage door didn’t open They left big box in the garage and a stove The carpet wasn’t clean The shower wasn’t clean The stove wasn’t clean The electric keetle disgusting dirty No broom No mop No vacuum No potato masher No can opener ( the one there didn’t work) No shears Only one kitchen spoon...

"Beautiful tree house cabin could use some cleaning though lots of spider webs indoor and outdoor carpet could use some steam cleaning had toe nail clippings found on floor by bed and was filthy. Dining table chairs not one was safe to sit on they were all unstable and 1 completely broken very unsafe. "

"Fun to stay in an airstream. Easy street parking. They offer shared bathrooms and showers besides what is in the airstream. They are clean and well maintained."

"It is a beautiful casita. Very comfortable and romantic, charming, and cozy. The gardens around the property are just gorgeous. Beautiful pool. Very nice place to relax and slow down. Many nice places to visit within an hours drive or so. Easy to get to wine country. Dino and his wife are fantastic hosts."
