1. No elevator to our floor - most expensive room in the hotel. 2. No air-conditioning in the room, just portable fan 3. Windows permanently open- so there was a significant mosquito infestation. My wife and I was bitten during the night for entire stay - 5 days. 4. Breakfast- very little or no choice and terrible coffee. 5. Staff speaks very little or no English. 6. Location is not too bad

The hotel is in great location. You can walk to nice restaurants and shops, also to Chapultepec Castle and anthropology museum. The room was also clean and nicely decorated but the bathroom, specifically shower area, was so small . I am 5 feet tall and even I was unconfortably tight in the shower. The water was warm rather than hot and i couldnt turn the heat up. There was some issues with the staff. We had our flight delayed the first day and they arranged a shuttle for us. When we arrived at the hotel we learned that it was not complimentary which is fine. But we were asked to pay 6-7 times more than what it would have cost if we took a cab or uber. We would have much prefer using an uber as it would have been faster and reasonable. The next day we requested do not disturbed sign for the door. They did not have any. They assured us no housekeeper would go in to the room but when we were back we saw the housekeeping was in the room. We requested the next day some type of sign as we did not want anyone going into the room they said they will take care of it. They did not. I ended up using the neighboring room's (which was empty) sign to put on the door. We asked someone to check the smoke alart which was dismanteled they kinda nod but they did not come in or explain anything. They apparently host the breakfast on Tuesday in another hotel we did not know so we missed it. Overall it was bare minimum. We did not have any safety issue but I would try another place next time.

Very helpful staff. Place was clean and quiet and lots of dining options nearby. Very close to Parque Mexico which was nice to visit. Would stay here again.

Excellent!
Fantastic hotel-It is in a great location. The staff are incredibly helpful. I stayed in a Deluxe room and it was spacious. I stayed during November and it was cooler outside and in the rooms. An extra blanket is provided in the closet if needed at night.
