I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced during my recent stay. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by several incidents that significantly impacted my overall experience.
Upon checking into my room, I was upset to find that the temperature was unbearably hot. Despite my repeated requests, no action was taken to resolve this issue and I was left to suffer in the heat without any relief. Furthermore, despite requesting a spare fan to alleviate the heat, none was delivered, and I was left to endure the uncomfortable conditions. The heat left me feeling ill due to the temperature and confinement of the room.
Additionally, I was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of basic amenities such as towels, cleaning supplies, and trash bags. It was very inconvenient for me to not have any means to clean the room or take out the trash, which led to an unpleasant odor in the room.
Moreover, the noise level in the hotel was intolerable, and no warning or heads-up was given to me by Expedia before my stay. This was a major disruption to my peaceful enjoyment of the hotel and added significant stress to my stay.
To add insult to injury, I was not permitted an early check-in despite my request, and to my shock and dismay, I was locked out of my room prior to check-out time. This left me stranded and in an incredibly inconvenient situation that could have been avoided
