"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The owners were attentive to our needs. We loved the quietness and relaxation of fishing, kayaking and seeing the beauty. I think it would be a good idea to have certain instructions in the cottage. The instructions could include WiFi passwords, door code and/or how the owners would like the place to be left. I have seen this at other properties and it worked well."

The location offered a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions. Loved the horses, goats and starry nights. "Great little place and worked perfectly for us and another couple as we were visiting our kids at UF. Even had the girls come and stay with us for a night in the third bedroom, had a movie night and ordered in. Great location, close to campus, shopping, etc. Very clean and convenient. My only suggestion is a couple more pans to cook, if you are looking to cook, we only found one saute pan and one sauce pan. Host was responsive, neighborhood was quiet and safe."

"Such a great stay! Location was easy to get to and from campus, downtown, and midtown. Plenty of parking. The cottage was a gem, we felt right at home! It was very accommodating with amenities. Would definitely return with friends and family."

"Just like the property said. Very nice location as we were there for NHRA racing. Easy check in/out, very clean house. Lisa and pups were very friendly and enjoyed the time that we had to visit a little. More enjoyable than a hotel, would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone traveling in that area."

"The location was very nice. The house was a nice layout and has a lot of potential. We really liked the place, but the house needs to be upgraded in many areas (shower, toilets, kitchen). Lots of dust under furniture and window sills. BBQ grill needs to be replaced (no heat deflectors, bottom rusted away completely). Our comments are meant to encourage owners to improve this property. It would definitely be worth putting time/effort/money into. It was a delightful place and we’d stay there...
