I don't know what to say

Pros: the staff was nice....kinda timid tho need to loosen up
Cons: be more honest and have more scheduled events and allow ppl to have guest
Location: had a nice club nearby, the staff should limit the amount of beach vendors that are allowed to speak to guest..some are cool some aren't
First off I booked a stay at Neptune Paradise, but wasn't told that Neptune Paradise was closed and was forced to stay at the Palms...didn't have the extras that I was planning, don't know if all the rules were the same at both locations but I wasn't pleased...could not connect to wifi inside of my room had to step out back to the balcony...it was all inclusive but for some reason they didn't restock the bottle water in your room? also did not have power converters or plug in's for American electronics. It was low season which sucked even more since they didn't allow company in your room??!! it was pretty bad and I was stuck there for 5 days!!!...its weird tho because when I booked my hotel almost 3 weeks before going expedia said that the 92hotel room only had 3 rooms left so im trying to understand why it was so empty??!!! love the area but advice you stay at one of the resorts on Diani beach less rules more to do. The views the beach are nice very nice just wish it was all that I paid for

Beach hotel

Pros: Great setting on the ocean, very good lay-out, very friendly staff, good supervisors
Cons: The food was poor and too much was pre cooked and heated. This mainly influenced my rating the hotel overall at 3. The beds are too soft and the linen
Location: The location and setting was splendid. We had no wish to explore beyond the hotel
It was disappointing that no-one warned us that a taxi needed to be booked for the 40 km ride from the airport to the hotel, especially as we arrived at 03.30 and then faced a one and half hour car ride. Otherwise the overall experience, food excepted (see below), was satisfactory. The red wines were acceptable, but the dry whites were dreadful. Turkish Airlines were very good.
