"We had an enjoyable stay here. The apartment is very comfortable and well cared for. Location is very quiet and central between Cranberry and Butler to offer a variety of restaurants. The weather kept us mostly indoors but there was enough floor space for two young grandkids to play. The owners were great and quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. Would definitely recommend it and would stay here again."

"The only thing that was improperly advertised was the steepness of the stairs…..it’s more than two flights of stairs, it’s three (to the third floor) And because of the age of the building they were originally built steep. This should be mentioned in the advertising. Also, although everything else was clean and orderly, there were dirty handprints on the walls, smears of dirt on the walls. Those are my only complaints, but otherwise the place is terrific. Beds are comfortable, decor is nice,...

"The property was well maintained and perfect for our little family. Location was perfect for catching a ballgame at PNC Park. The best part though was the rooftop view overlooking the city! Wow, that alone was worth the price! I cant wait for the next trip!"

The location to downtown for this price range is fantastic, it was the bottom of a very old home, so there was lots of charm, and plenty of space. The updated kitchen and bath adds the modern convenience we all expect when using this platform. The owners were great and quick with any correspondence."

"Had a great stay in Kendra's apartment. Had a small issue with the internet access. Simply reset the router, and all was good to go. I left a paperclip on top of the router in case someone else needed to reset it. I'm a teacher, so I always have those in my backpack:)."

"Clean, comfortable and spacious property in a great location. We were in town for Pitt football. Easy walk to the stadium area. Close to everything you'd need for a weekend stay. Easy booking as well as easy check in and check out. The building has lots of character with a very distinctive porch, although I will say we didn't enjoy carrying everything up the porch steps. Otherwise, really great spot and would definitley recommend it."

"The house is nice and cozy. 2 floors with top floor with bedroom and mainfloor with kitchen, living room. There is a nice backyard also which my dogs loved. We attended a concert and only stayed a night but would have been great for longer stay also."
