"Great Stay, Great Staff and Great Value for Money"
This hotel offered so much. The view is absolutely fantastic and you can watch the sun set straight into the ocean - no obstruction. To pool and facilities were perfect. Staff were so nice. They offered free transfers to and from the port and airport. Absolutely lovely stay and would stay here again without question!

We are a family of four and absolutely loved everything about the hotel. We were offered a complimentary pick up and drop off to begin our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Our room was amazing, with lovely views, super comfortable beds, great bathroom and balcony.

Location is great, few minutes walk to beach bad short bus ride to main town.

We had a great time at the hotel and although on close inspection it looks like it needs a bit of an update it is made perfect by the great staff and location.
The main pool area is great and having your own private beach is an added bonus.
Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.

This hotel is as good as we were hoping it would be based on what we had seen on all the sites and read about. It really didn't let us down in any area.
The room we had was fantastic and huge, cleaned and replenished of all the water and coffee we used on a daily basis. Every room faces the water so we never tired of the view.
The staff were second to none. Polite, friendly and they actually understood the meaning of customer service. They couldn't do enough, and would actually do too much on many occasions.
The hotel is a nice easy walk from town, less than ten minutes. A lovely touch is that if you wanted to be taken then they would drive you in if after 8, and collect you if before midnight. The walk home is slightly up hill, so the lift home was handy after a nice meal and a few drinks. Just a phone call away and Lucien would be there waiting for you.
I can't recommend this hotel enough.
Five star location, service, amenities and friendliness.

I recommend this hotel overall with a 4 / 5
Nice staff, Helena is adorable, great view, fabulous beach with water sports, good restaurants around (Avli tho thodori etc) and walking distance to Nammos
Reception and room furniture is average
Breakfast is below standard
Internet is very lousy (and as lousy as everywhere else in Mykonos btw)
Last mile to reach the hotel by car is a very narrow street, little parking space

This property is stunning and a well appointed 5 star resort. The rooms are gorgeous and so is the property and views, The breakfast was great, and the staff very helpful and friendly. The resort, however, is great if you are traveling with a family, not great for couples looking for a quiet romantic getaway, unless you stay most of your time in the room and nowhere near the pool area, which hosts families and their screaming children. Its is also very far from the main town and hard to access. You will need to either rent a car (good luck with driving those crazy roads) or a motorcycle (same) or you can pay for a private taxi everywhere (like we did) but know that the wait is long and must be pre-booked as there are only 30 taxi's on the entire island (and very expensive). Finally, the hotel beach was filled with rocks and not able to swim in it. You will have to get far away to find the gorgeous, swim friendly beaches Greece is known for, and they are only a car ride away.
