This is the spot, whether you are having an adventure at Walt Disney World or enjoy exploring the cobblestone roads, shopping, golfing, and canoeing in the river passages at Winter Park. Located in the most desirable neighborhood so that you can walk to a lake or bike to Winter Park Restaurants and shopping.

This home has been professionally renovated and boasts two separate living rooms for extra space to spread out and relax. The pool and outdoor entertainment area offer you more relaxation and the top of the top-of-the-line kitchen is positioned just off the pool area for easy entertainment.
The owners of this home pride themselves in making sure your home away from home is equipped with everything you need to have a memorable stay.

Winter Park is known to be the perfect location for its balance between Walt Disney World's family-friendly vacation and an upscale adult location full of good food and shopping.

Excellent home, location and value
Clean comfortable home in heart of Winter Park. Close to recreation, shopping, Park Avenue/ Rollins and I-4/ Semeron. We did not use inviting pool due to weather. Thoughtful host.
