"The property is lovely, clean and well stocked! Everything was easy about our stay, except for the stairs for these old bones. The apartment is walkable to all downtown shops and restaurants. We had a small dog with us and there were plenty of dog friendly areas. One downside is the number of homeless - sad, and some were sketchy. But this is not uncommon in city areas. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it!"

"Great space. Beautiful views. Communication with manager not great for check in. They didnt provide garage codes to get in. We were checking in when it was dark. We walked up a steep hill with rocks not knowing how to access the front door. The only other way to access is through front door which is not accessible with a car. Delay getting in. Once they provided garage codes we were good. You will need to carry luggage up two flights of stairs or walk your luggage all the way around to the front...

"The host was excellent with communication. The condo was clean and very well appointed. We were able to bring out two small dogs and the ground floor condo was perfect for us. The condo is very close UT and downtown, it was a perfect location! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed for our weekend stay and the bathrooms were perfect as well. We had an emergency with one of our pets and the owners worked very well with us regarding a late check out. We couldn’t have asked for more...

"Loved the loft. It was a good location for us as we were in town for our daughter’s graduation. We were able to walk to almost everything. Many dining options in the area. The loft was clean and comfortable. We did not cook while staying there, but there were plenty of plates, glasses silverware etc. only issue was the noise outside. This may have been due to the fact that it was graduation week. One of the bars around the corner had very loud music and the celebrating went on well past 2am....

"Being right next to beautiful Norris Lake was a treat to wake up to. There are steps down to the dock and both floors have a balcony/patio. The kitchen is well equipped and the main bed is comfortable. We only slept in the one bed."

"Nice location, not as busy as northern part of lake. condo was clean and well furnished. Only thing that was a nuisance was the master bedroom smoke alarm battery started to beep at 8 pm so had to run down to the dock and buy a 9 Volt Battery and replace the smoke alarm battery ... all good after that."

"If you are looking for a cool place in downtown Knoxville, this is a good option. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, etc. Really a cool condo with an excellent renovation. Two small items. First, the parking space is small and if you have a big car (like we do) be sure to coordinate it beforehand to avoid issues. Secondly, there are miles of closets in this apartment, but only a few old wire hangers. Time to add some."

"We had a great stay here while attending a concert on UT campus. The property was very clean, exactly as described and a pleasant stay for all of us. Despite it's close proximity to the interstate it was surprisingly quiet while inside. Really appreciate the fact there are no requirements at checkout. Would definitely stay here again."

"My sister and I came to Knoxville for the first time to see a concert at the UT and were so delighted that we chose this great rental. The location was perfect because we enjoy walking around to explore and it was close to many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and rest of the place - modern. Blake was very easy to reach and made sure our stay was fully enjoyed. Highly recommend."

Dead bugs around the floor, dead flies in window sills, our grandson and his family came to visit a couple times, and the baby was crawling on the floor and got the knees of his pants very dirty. "It is definitely close to things, but quiet and nestled away. Walk out the door to the left and see the Sunsphere and Worlds Fair Park and UT, go to the right and walk towards the market area, or towards the river and South Knoxville. We picked it for convenience to walk everywhere, which we did. The pictures (probably taken after remodel) reflect the space provided, though the space has aged some since then and could use a freshening up and better inside lighting. The building was very quiet...
