"The property was great. Unfortunately, check in was problematic. I let the staff know I would be arriving after hours, they said it would be no problem. However, when I arrived to check in at the security office they had no record of my reservation. They had to contact someone with the management company and after a somewhat lengthy delay, I was finally given a townhouse for my stay. The security officer told me to connect with the property management office the next morning as I may need to...
