I will never stay here again. We were on our way to the beach in North Carolina we stayed here. I raved about how wonderful and clean and perfect that this place was so I canceled my reservation with Holiday Inn on the way back through from North Carolina to Tennessee Tennessee stayed at the Biltmore again this time it was filthy the customer service at the front desk was horrible, tons of things in this apartment were broken such as the coffee pot the dishes that were put away we’re not wet, but still dirty and greasy don’t dare use the bed because you can feel the springs from your head to your toes in the bed, I could go on and on this place to have the rating that it does I would expect personally that it be much better better than my last experience with it !

I thought that the rooms were spacious and clean. There was some noise coming in from upstairs, and then there was a dog barking for quite a while during the day beds were very comfortable. I would stay there again. The reception staff was the only thing that was just OK not very friendly or welcoming.

I ve stayed here before and had no issues. On this stay the staff including Mgr were unresponsive to requests that one TV barely worked and the other not at all. Mgr did not return my call / voicemail regarding a credit for the problem. The others at front desk referred me to him. Poor customer service

Overall, a very nice place to stay. It would have been appreciated if property management found a pool for residents to use while their pool was closed. Swimming after a fun day of touring is always nice.
