Close to beach, shopping and a Woolies. My son enjoyed the games arcade near by. Parking is tight, we had a small SUV. Reception team is friendly. "

"Even though the building is starting to age our room was clean and tidy and had a magnificent view of the ocean. Staff were friendly. Parking space was tight but manageable. Only issue was our TV didn’t work when we arrived which was not able to be fixed until the next day. If we return to Surfers we would like to stay there again "

"The only good thing about the property is location. The apartment condition is terrible. The milk packet in our room was expired three months back, like how can you not see that. The couch in the room is old, had some holes in it. We move the bed in bedroom and found so many things under the bed. Our overall experience was horrible. Please dont book it if you want a good stay!"

"Coffee machine provided, but no coffee pods. Iron provided, no ironing board. Only 2 satchels of dishwasher powder. Access to the second bathroom was not allowed, which was inconvenient for visitors. No bathroom accessories such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash was not included. No extra towels and no face washers were included. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay. It was just the small details that let the property down. "Our room was great had every thing we needed , really enjoyed the pool and spa. We arrived early and our room was available to go in which we really appreciated. The only negative was the lights which randomly came on during the night other than that would definetly stay here again."

"The internet didn’t work, and the handle for bathroom door was damaged, and could not lock at any time. No Bath towels supplied for swimming. Just not appropriate. Never in my life I would recommend anyone to stay here. "
