"Stayed here for a group ski trip. We had 9 adults, and there were plenty of beds & space for everyone. Excellent location, the Northstar shuttle made it really easy to get to the mountain and back. You can call it from an app in the morning, and then just hop on and give your destination in the afternoon. Private hot tub was a great amenity in the backyard. "The house was located in a great neighborhood with a 20 min drive to Palisades ski resort. Overall the house was nice, but its ready for some updating. My biggest complaint was the wifi, it would come and go and the TV Theater room never worked because of it. We also cooked often, but sadly the cookware was in bad shape. If they fix the wifi and freshen up the house furniture and cookware it would be a much better property and inline with the rate charged."

"We had a great stay. The check in process was difficult. We could only get into our unit because the house cleaner was still there and could help us with the code. There was a couple there with us, trying to get into their unit and their lock had to be recoded. Phone calls were needed. Our AC didn't work. Otherwise nice place and near beaches and sightseeing places. A bit loud at night as near street."

The little heater didn't quite get the warm heat into the bathroom. A hair dryer would have been nice to have. "Had a great spring skiing week at Palisades Tahoe. The property has some age but mostly maintained well. Our small one bedroom timeshare condo is tight with an odd layout: access from the public balcony hallway at the bedroom side. Two sharing one bed can get by but any need to use the sofa bed would leave no elbow/leg room. The same can be said of the outdoor hot tubs but the vibe was generally cheery with the good spring weather. The staff are helpful and low key. "

"We had a wonderful time. Being in a top floor, we had vaulted ceilings, spacious two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen. W/D, fireplace, deep tubs…it was so nice. Our east side view also gave us the wonderful AM sunlight streaming thru our bedrooms in the morning. I would recommend doing spot cleaning for the couches and carpets. We also were almost back broken due to the stiff mattresses. Few issues that we made work: jacuzzi was out of order during the visit, fire...
