We were able to walk to the nearby Anclote State Park, and we enjoyed swimming and a beautiful sunset. The place is also very close to Tarpon Springs, which has many nice Greek cafes and shops."

"We had a great week! The house is nice and Frances has just about everything that you need. A brand-new grill on back porch, coffee, detergent pods, lotion, shampoo, etc. So, if you forget something, odds are she has it there. If not, there is a Wal Mart and several grocery stores very close to the house. The only issue we had was the fence in the back yard does have a space at the bottom. "We’ve stayed here a number of times now on weekend getaways, affordable full-kitchen option in the Tampa area, easy drive to activities in either Tampa or the beaches. WiFi in the rooms is sometimes spotty, otherwise rooms are fine. We enjoy the walk next door to a Bahama Breeze for dinner and hanging out, then easily back to the room for an early start next day.
