"This cozy unit was overall very good. Host immediately responded to questions prior to my say. The unit was very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. I had three concerns, two of which were in the bathroom. I was unable to get the water temp adjusted in the shower and the hot/cold water in sink were reversed. My third concern was the neighborhood. I felt save in the unit but I would have had concerns walking the neighborhood streets after dark. That said it was still an overall...

My wife and I enjoyed the property 100% - we don’t think it gets much better, and the price was VERY competitive. We never had to use our car, because everything is within walking distance, yet the house is tucked into a neighborhood where you feel off the beaten path - it’s just perfect! After this experience, we will gladly stay at Jennifer’s other properties. The only reason I gave 3 stars (instead of 5)...

"An older condo however it was very clean and peaceful. The views were breathtaking. Excellent location and we had a 2 bedroom condo with views of bay in every room. Customer service was remarkable. "We’ve stayed here a number of times now on weekend getaways, affordable full-kitchen option in the Tampa area, easy drive to activities in either Tampa or the beaches. WiFi in the rooms is sometimes spotty, otherwise rooms are fine. We enjoy the walk next door to a Bahama Breeze for dinner and hanging out, then easily back to the room for an early start next day. "
