Great Stay
The house is located in a good location. It's close to many attractions. The area around the house felt safe and welcoming. Our only issue was one of the neighbors had exterior lights on all night. The lights shined in the windows and caused a bit of difficulty. We did not raise this with the owner of the VRBO.

Came to visit our granddaughter at UT. We enjoyed the home but did wish it had a few more kitchen supplies. The road construction was not easy to deal with at times.The outside of the property definitely needs some TCL. The inside decorations made the stay very comfortable. it’s a great place for families.

Perfect location
Very economical property in perfect location for us to visit Busch Gardens, all sites in downtown Tampa. Also drove to St Pete. Quick drive to airport. Excellent communication with owner. Clean, plenty of hot water, beds very comfortable. Shower toiletries, laundry and dish soap, beach towels provided. We cooked our own meals and cookware worked out great. Neighborhood is safe and Starbucks is a short walk. Would recommend!

Perfect family-friendly location!
This was the perfect location for our family of 4. Five minutes from the zoo. 10 minutes from the aquarium and children's museum. 20 minutes to the inlet (Whiskey Joe's). House is clean, modern, and well setup. Ample towels, blankets, and even essential supplies for our 3 night stay. 2 min from Publix grocery store. In a quiet neighborhood. Our only complaint is the neighbors leave their floodlights on 24/7, and even with the blinds closed it makes master bedroom very bright at night... Bring a sleep mask or put some towels over the windows 😁. But seriously, what a perfect little house for our kids spring break.

Golf Trip
Place was very nice, and in a central location for our golf trip located in the middle the three resorts . House was fresh and new, surrounding neighborhood is up and coming. Overall a good choice for us, and anyone looking for a spot near that location. Owner was excellent to work with.

Y'all, this place was beautiful!!! Perfect location for a long weekend stay, close to the stadium, fairgrounds, Riverwalk, Bush Gardens!!! Newly Remodeled, just awesome!! Yankees Spring Training 2023
House was extremely clean, comfortable, and located on a quiet dead-end street in a safe neighborhood. Well-appointed and appeared to be new, as if we were the first guests to ever stay there. Short drive to anywhere you want to go in Tampa and a far better alternative to a hotel. Chevie was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back for any travel to Tampa.

Immaculate is no overstatement. The house is spotless and sparkling! Our 3 young kids were overjoyed to explore and find their rooms. The bath and shower are amazing, kitchen is modern, and the TVs are large and clear. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, and a stroll to Revolution Ice Cream is a most!

Great home centrally located near everything in Tampa!
The family and I did not just really enjoyed staying at this home, we absolutely loved it! The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing, yet there are plenty of places to eat nearby and Ybor, Aquarium, Zoo and theme parks are all minutes away. The house has a very comfortable layout and all the amenities you need. Exceptional attention to detail in every way. The kitchen and bathrooms are all well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The living area and bedrooms all have newer TVs with Roku devices ready for use. The WiFi is stable throughout the house and the back yard is large and perfect for the kids to run around for a bit. I honestly can't find anything negative to say. The host did a great job!
