Our Butler was exceptional and so was the entire spa and service team. Nothing seem to be too much for them and there were elements of surprises planned for us which were not asked for but very much appreciated. They even made a cake and scribbled bonvoyage on plate. Such a great touch! They also had best toilet paper in India. Everywhere else paper was so hard. Theirs was so soft."

The food was excellent and the kitchen staff were so kind, approachable, and we had actually come to a point of befriending them as they were familiar with us and our preferred orders.
