"We enjoyed our stay in Perugia! Apartment is well located, and quiet, and kept us warm as the temperatures dipped low (we visited in off-season) and worked great for our time there. Bathroom could use a bit of updating but everything was in working order. Furniture is a bit random but works, might be nice to not have carpets in the bedroom spaces. "Luisa and Rubens were fantastic hosts, meeting us at the train on arrival and checking us in to their apartment. Communication was fantastic, they went out of their way to be helpful at all times, it was like staying with friends. The apartment is in a great location in the historic centre, accessible to public transport and walkable within the old city. There are supermarkets, cafes and lovely restaurants very close by. Perugia is a very lovely city. We stayed for eight weeks and loved it."

"15 minute taxi ride from the train station, not 15 minute walk. Instructions for use of appliances and heating system not satisfactory. yes there’s a hairdryer, but it can’t be used in the bathroom because it doesn’t fit the outlet. washing machine tries to take flight as you use it. difficult to open and close the washer door. Internet is only a little more than a suggestion."

"We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean and comfortable and well stocked with basic amenities. It was located near to the centre of town and the bus station which made getting around quite easy. Andrea was very helpful and responsive when we needed his advice and even offered to drive us to the airport when it looked as if our taxi wasn't going to turn up. Perugia is a lovely city and we hope to come again and stay in Andrea's apartment....

"Apartment is funky, whimsical decor that we loved. Owner was very helpful with restaurants and it is 5 minute walk from the city center. Do be aware that it is a strong uphill climb from the nearest parking and that the steps to the unit are steep. It was extremely helpful to have the use of a washer and dryer for a mid trip clothing refresh. "A very central location, which was a great size for our family of 2 kids and 2 adults. The manager had good communication with us and everything went smoothly. The property is on the 3rd floor with no lift. That was fine for us, but if you don’t like steps, you might not like it!"
