Summary:
Experience resort living in this newly renovated three bedroom Scottsdale home with Large backyard, pool oasis. Home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an entertainers kitchen and backyard. Intimate dining room and more. Hot tub use is optional by added fee. Pool use at no charge. Option to heat pool by added fee

The Space:
The home features three bedrooms; Master has a king bed. Two guest rooms with queen beds. A Queen pullout bed in the living room. There is an intimate dining room. The property is completely private with perimeter wall and is not shared.

Guest Access:
Guest will be given door code 24 hours prior to arrival and is self check in

The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous home is within miles to: Casinos ,Golf Courses,Mountain hiking, Old town Scottsdale. Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter shopping. Shopping and dining at Desert Ridge, Shopping and dining at Fashion Square mall. Grocery Stores. Westworld. 15 minutes from Sky Harbor and Downton Phoenix

We initially had a major hiccup when we arrived. The property had not been serviced after the previous occupants left. We were able to make contact with the host amd the co-host and they were agreeable with a resolution. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and large. Attached garage made accessing car easier when unloading. Dog friendly which was excellent. Very nice backyard.

Great House in Central Location
The house was perfect for a week long trip to AZ to visit family. The house was clean and just what we needed for myself, my husband, and my 1 year old. The outside space was great, the AC worked really to keep the house cool, and overall everything was very clean. Check in and check out were easy, and the hosts were great about communicating. Very pleased with our stay!

My husband and I needed a place to stay where we could be close to our work meetings. The home was within a few miles of the home and the home had such easy access to all areas. The home was as advertised, clean, spacious, comfortable and it had all necessary amenities. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect hosts!
We stayed here for 52 nights while we were remodeling our house. This was a great place for us to call “home”. It’s clean, comfortable and close to everything! The hosts are incredible and very responsive. Would highly recommend. .

Roomie, clean, and great location!
We chose this home due to its proximity to our daughter for the holidays. We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness and amenities of the house. The kitchen has a good number of dishes and glassware, a full new set of pots and pans, knife set and silverware ( could serve 12). The appliances are new and worked very well. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very clean. The only recommendation here is to bring along cord to plug in your devices as some of the electrical plugs bit far from the bedside tables. The backyard is nice with artificial turf that made it easy to clean up after our dogs. The pool is not huge, but it was very nice as is the Jacuzzi. We did not use these as it was fairly cold during our stay, however It was pleasant to sit on the patio, and the table and chairs and mini golf area were great! While the home is on Cactus Road, it is set back on a frontage road. We had no issues with noise. The location is spectacular if you like shopping or need groceries or almost anything You can walk less than two blocks to restaurants or Walmart and there is lots more within a 1/4 mile. We found a park about a half mile away to play with our dogs. Paul was a great host and answered quickly when messaged before and during our stay. We hope to return for the next family event!

Great location
We were in town for a soccer tournament in Mesa. It was a little bit of a drive for us but we always prefer to stay in the Scottsdale area, so we were well aware of the distance to the soccer fields. This house is within walking distance of several restaurants (The Mexicano was amazing) with easy access to highways. It was very clean and we loved the backyard area. We didn’t use the pool, but did use the hot tub some. The only complaint about the hot tub is that the seating in it was quite low, so the kids (teens) complained that they had a hard time sitting and keeping their heads above the water. I didn’t actually get in myself, so I can’t speak to how this would be for an adult but the kids stayed in for awhile, so I don’t think it was that big of a deal. I love that they provided the basic supplies we needed such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, body soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. We only needed to buy the food that we wanted to eat while we stayed there. The king size bed was not very comfortable, but not so bad that I couldn’t sleep. The road noise is noticeable, but it didn’t bother us at all. The primary bedroom’s bathroom is small, but we didn’t have any issues with it. We ended up requesting a late checkout, which was approved, at a reasonable fee. This was so greatly appreciated as our flight didn’t leave until later in the evening, so we were able to relax at the house. Overall the house was a great fit for us and we enjoyed our stay!

Great Retreat
We were in Scottsdale for not the most pleasant of reasons, my wife was having testing done at Mayo. The proximity to everything in the area was great. It was the perfect place to come back to at the end of the day. The hosts were responsive and gracious. We would definitely stay here again.

Central location but very busy street
This was a great Scottsdale location, but on a very busy street with a lot of road noise. There were a few minor issues: the plumbing is a little weird and the sheets in the main bedroom would not stay on the bed. Owners were having some landscaping work done (more than just weekly maintenance), which was totally fine, but would have appreciated a heads up. The workers were great it was just a little jarring to walk out the door and have people right there. Overall it was a good configuration for our family, the pool and backyard space were a bonus and we enjoyed our stay, a few additional things would have made it outstanding.

We had a lovely stay for the week of spring break, great location for getting to and from many activities, the weather was a bit on the cooler side for a couple of the days, we were happy that we had arranged to have the pool heated, the little ones (2 and 5) enjoyed the pool so much! Property owner/manager always easy to reach with responses in a timely manner. We would definitely choose to book again if we are back in Scottsdale!
