“Small for price”
I was not too impressed with the size of the room, compared to others I have stayed for less money. Just because the Hilton name is attached, doesn't mean it is beyond great. However, it is clean, nice, comfortable, has a fitness center and all that.
“We're coming back”
We plan to make the Hilton Sky Harbor our first choice when we are in Phoenix
“A Great Experience.”
The staff was friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure our stay way enjoyable.
“Comfortable”
Stayed here after hiking the grand canyon hotel staff very nice, will stay here again if I have an early flight from PHX
“Not up to hilton standards!”
The front staff were friendly and helpful. However the hotel appears pretty old. The room is small and the bed really was not comfortable. We only stayed 1 night, I would not recommend this hotel.
“Good hotel, good price”
Everyhting was clean and in order. I would stay here again.
“Great Location”
Close to the freeway to easy access to get around town, friendly staff and very quiet, didn't hear any airplanes flying over the hotel.
“Do not understand why the noisy ice machine next to my room is not going to be fixed.”
Hi, not impressed with how the hotel manages the noise in the foor.
“Not impressed”
Overall was very disappointed for a "Hilton". We were on the 3rd floor and all the rooms were supposed be non smoking, yet when we went to our room we had to walk through a "cloud" of smoke due to people smoking in the rooms. No wireless internet and no wires for connection was available. Service from the desk was not the greatest. I just expect more from a hotel with the name of "Hilton". This one to me did not meet that standard.
“Good for a quickie”
I showed up at Phoenix for a conference being held in this hotel. Otherwise, I had no reason to be here, and didn't even leave the hotel during the one-day meeting. The hotel was clean, pretty, and had adequate facilities, such as internet service and lunch for the conference. My only complaint? It's one I have at a lot of hotels. I prefer a much firmer bed. Otherwise, perfectly good hotel for a fly-in, fly-out situation.
