"The property was outstanding. Very secluded beautiful setting with the creek and sandy beach right out your back door. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hot tub was just off the master bedroom. We've rented A LOT of properties over the years and this one exceeded expectations above all others."

It is spacious, immaculate, meticulously restored and updated (especially that kitchen—wow!), beautifully decorated, a great location and all of the comforts of home. "House was spacious. Bedrooms felt very private. Gorgeous tub in master bath. Only downside is the couch in the living room. Its a futon style, so a plus for anyone looking for extra sleeping spots, but it wasnt super comfy for hanging out in the living room. The two chairs were very comfy."

"This was a very clean and tastefully decorated home. It is close to many restaurants in Hammond. We were comfortable with our adult children and their pets . The fenced area is very small for pets use, but we could walk them with a leash to several grassy areas across the street and clean behind them in both areas. I would prefer not to pay for the required insurance as we always take care of homes we rent and would take care of anything if damaged. This adds to an already high expense. Downtown...

"All the amenities you could hope for. An enclosed, outdoor kitchen with air conditioning. Large patio to enjoy the river from. And close enough to civilization for gas and groceries or bar/restaurant. Can recommend this place enough. It gets all the stars."
