The “ad” states that there is a parking space available. When I got to the property all the parking spots on the pavement were taken. There were no cars parked on the lawn. "This property was everything that we needed and wanted for our guy's trip! Everything was pretty accurate from the posting and there was plenty of space for everyone! The host was readily available to answer any questions that we had. We even got to chat with the cool neighbor next door who promised to take us out on his boat when we come back because all the guys agreed that we would love to come back one day lol"
