"Loved the resort. My son had a blast and the experiences outside the park are super easy accessible!! The only issue I had was with a Leslee inside the room, it was around the bed and it was quite uncomfortable at moments for my son. Other than that the hotel is amazing, food options was great and not all but some of the staff was exceptional!!"

"Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends and family."

"Property was very good. the check in and check out was excellent. Victor who helped us check in and check out was excellent. The lady at concierge for our room was tremendous. They are great with helping with entire check in and check out process. especially the guys who helped us with our bags to our room and also when we checked out. he was very nice. the staff always asked how we are doing. The resort is very nice and I would recommend. "

"Nice overall, plenty of options for getting food & drinks, friendly service. Some things ready for repair, like the main lobby staircase. Not all foods are labeled, which is needed when it comes to allergens. The idea of going to a breakfast for a "talk" would have been better understood if they said "sales presentation" at the begining."
