Bought the Junior Suite Superior Adult Villa package. Very Nice resort. Staff was excellent. Room was nice but not ocean view as advertised. Not a big deal. Loved all the palm trees on the resort. Also liked the 3 different choices in pools. No bar service on the beach.(Palace should provide this service) Bar service in and around pools was excellent. Restaurants were all very good. Would definitely return.

Staff barely spoke any english and every time we sat down anywhere we had to ask multiple times to be served or taken care of. Rooms were not cleaned prior to our arrival and stayed uncleaned the whole stay. We had to ask multiple times to get towels sent to our room because we had none when we arrived. Very disapointing stay.
