"A very quaint and beautiful space! I imagined it to be like a little cottage in Italy; down the street from the vineyard. New, quality, well decorated place. The flower gardens were so beautiful. It was like a little gem in the middle of rolling, green hills. Loved every bit of this charming space!"

"The room was clean and charming - obviously recently redone with the bones being a bit 'Old Motel' like. They did a nice job and the view was great, location perfect for us (next to the trail along the river) and we accidentally left a wallet in the room, they called right away and alerted us before we left town...super helpful! "The cottage was very cute and well stocked with pots and pans and spices if you want to cook. The snacks and water were very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t mind the sound of the trains at night but the blowing train whistle woke us a few times. There are ear plugs there if needed. Unfortunately the lake was over grown with vegetation so we didn’t kayak, but we brought our own bikes and rode the Cannon Falls trail in MN. The trail was beautiful. The owner...

"We had a wonderful time at the Lions Downe cabin, beautiful and expansive views up and down the river, hot tub for relaxing conversation at sun down, huge kitchen and living areas for having meals and playing games. We hope to be back again!"

"We loved our stay… cozy cabin with everything we needed. We are A Frame enthusiasts! We brought our own water for cooking and coffee just as a preference for purified water. We hope to come back during the fall when all the colored leaves will be at their peak. Loved the quaint village of Stockholm."

"This should be advertised as a one bedroom with two additional beds upstairs! There were 6 of us. Two babies that each needed their own room behind a closed door. Ad was very misleading to the point of false advertising."

"I was here 5 weeks while my husband had major surgery. If you’re wondering if it’s too far- it’s not. If you’re wondering if it’s too small- it’s not. Ignore the couple of bad reviews or comments. Some people just suck. My favorite rental I’ve ever stayed at. A little piece of Heaven after the stress of the hospital. Bill and bette were great and make sure to meet neighbor Sue, next door. I’ve made friends your life. Do yourself a favor and book."

"We were there when it was snowing and later in the weekend when it was sunshiny and warm. We lit a fire in the wood burning stove and walked outside and enjoyed the labyrinth. We heard the coyotes yip and watched the hawks fly over the bluff. We braked for turkeys and deer. We also made the short trek into Red Wing for serious shopping and spent time at Lena’s. In short we loved it all!"

"The house was cute. The outdoor patio was really nice. The shower was clean. We loved some of the unique features/finishes of the home. What we didn’t love was the harness of the mattress and living room furniture, the expired toothpaste that was provided (2021), the dirty extra blankets, and the unwashed wine glasses that were put back on the shelf. The house was fine for what we needed, but we probably would not stay here again."

"What a fun place! Plenty of room. We played foosball had a fire outside. We enjoyed the fireplace too. We hadn’t anticipated no TV though. You might want to add that to your description. The water is definitely smelly, so we truly appreciated the 40 bottles of water you provided. Definitely a great place for a girl’s weekend or family reunion!"
