"I chose this hotel because of it's location to the cruise port. This was a mistake. When the hotel warns you to stay in the lobby until your taxi/uber arrives tells you about the area. Should have stayed in Copacabana. While i had a noisy fan in my room, i did enjoy my stay. Someone complained about the lack of english. While They should have their information manuals translated into English as it is the international travel language. (Just go to Tokyo to see the signs are in English). It...
