"O hostel é extremamente deplorável, eu saí às pressas, perdi 2 diárias sem o menor peso na consciência só por pensar em ter que ficar nesse lugar. O local em que está localizado é perigoso, o banheiro é imundo, cheio de baratas, a roupa de cama é imunda, o atendimento é horroroso, e não há custo benefício que compense uma estadia nesse lugar. "

"I was only there for two nights. They did a good job of letting me in and out of the building. They also let me store my belonging while I waited for check-in. That was very nice. The bathrooms weren't ideal. The part that I really struggled with was the horrible beds and the bugs that were everywhere while I slept. I probably got about twenty bug bites while staying in that hostel. "

"This is a top hotel! I don't quite understand the negative reviews left. It's at least a four-star hotel and is excellent with staff, reception, and restaurant services. There are always several receptionists on duty, along with several porters. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and serves many local dishes, along with the more traditional. The hotel has granite floors throughout and a wonderful panoramic view of Copacabana. I did upgrade my room once I got there and was so glad I did. Also appreciated the fact that I could take the stairs to my room which were impeccably kept. Everything was clean and high-end. I would definitely stay here again and felt safe and well-served throughout the 8 days I stayed here."
