"This was the perfect solution for us. Our son graduated from UTC Saturday morning and then we helped him move out of his apartment that was located literally across the street. Ample space and amenities for the short time we actually spent in the room. The basement room was a bit chilly, but we prefer that when we sleep so it wasn’t a huge deal for us. "The entire Bear house property is incredibly charming and inviting. The Stinson Suite was as well. The space is incredibly charming and cozy perfect for 1-2 couples or a small family. St Elmo is a lovely town and is perfectly walkable from the property. Beautiful area and so many great options for food, shopping, and experiences nearby."

"Everyone was so tired from our long winding road drive up from Florida. We walked in to find the best break from your normal hotel stay.. this place had every little unique castle like feel you could ask for we had such fun the minute we walked in there was something special to see in every little nook. "We had a wonderful long weekend in this spacious condo..We visit this city frequently and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in terms of proximity/accessibility to restaurants, riverfront, etc. It was very nice, clean condo and the layout was very relaxing. Brad was very accommodating and extremely responsive. The only down side was the late night traffic from the road outside, if you are a light sleeper you might want to have your white noise on. "My family (two adults and one teen and one pre-teen) spent 3 nights in the cabin. We loved the fire pit and spent time each night roasting s’mores and hanging out by the fire. Location is not far from Cloudland Canyon state park and Chattanooga. The town of Trenton is within 15 minutes- convenient to grocery store, a gym, restaurants and a coffee shop. We would love to stay again in the future."

"The owners are so kind and generous. We were greeted not long after arriving and Mr. Dave was so nice to us, offering assistance if we needed it and ensuring everything was as it should be. They respected our privacy so it felt like we were totally on our own despite this suite being underneath their home. The view is absolutely incredible and the suite was perfectly clean with every amenity as advertised and fully functioning. We would love to stay here again!"
