The property itself is in a good location and does seem to have a lot going for it. We were able to get to downtown Chattanooga in about half an hour. The managers were nice and did communicate. Our only issue was that the room we booked was doubled booked, so we ended up in a room on the lower level where the bathroom was down a long hallway from the bedroom (and along the hallway there were other doors that we were told no one would be coming in through). But it was a weird set up. Also we had no control over the heat or air so we were very warm and had to open the window to cool off. The bedroom itself was nice and the bed was comfortable. They had a lot for my daughter to enjoy. The playground had a ninja line, trampoline, play house and tree top library. She loved the swings and the climbing equipment. It’s a really big place on a nice plot of land. They did a good job with all the extra things like laundry, hot tub, dog park and the sauna. There were quite a few people here and they all were very nice and friendly. A few other kids for my daughter to play with. The suite is really comfortable. You have your own kitchen. You have a very comfy bed and I enjoyed the fireplace by the TV. It puts our heat. So, we were warm and cozy. The internet was very fast. I would recommend this any day.
