"We had an excellent off-season stay here. The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, with very comfortable beds. The whole property is friendly to dogs on leashes(except possibly inside The Red Slate Restaurant). "The room was very clean. Included a microwave a small refrigerator, AC or heat. The bathroom had a blow dryer a large counter top bright lighting and good water pressure. There was a large TV with lots of channels a small table with couple chairs. There was an area to hang your clothes or wet towels. A large dresser too. It was quiet, although the middle of May, so not quite the busy time of year here in New Hampshire. Would definitely use the Newport Motel again :)"

"Garrett was wonderful at the front desk . He was able to accommodate a room on the first floor which was important for my family. He was respectful and professional and went the extra mile to provide a late check out of 2 hours so I could get additional rest after a long trip. "This was an excellent choice for an overnight stay. The staff was so friendly at the inn. The restaurant was also great. Coming from NY going out to eat where everything is rushed and staff always seem stressed, I don’t usually enjoy eating out. But here the staff was extremely friendly, the food was great and nothing was rushed. We stayed in the suite with two separate sleep areas and a river view… I highly recommend. "
