"Stayed here towards the end of April with my two kids (5 and 7). It was located in a beautiful part of Gilbert and close to everything we needed. The property is fantastic, with a great yard, and an awesome fenced pool area. Located about 50 yards away from the home is a fun park area. The guest house had everything we needed, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be booking here again in the future. Cheers!"

"The property was up-dtated and very well appointed for an older rental neighbourhood. It was very well set up with every piece of equipment that you would need for a long stay if you wanted to cook for yourself which we took advantage off for the whole week we were there. If you have friends in the nearby snow bird communities it is very convenient. The only two negatives we experienced were the lack of sunlight because it was a rear facing alley unit of a four flex with only three windows and...

"The apartment was clean and generally quiet. Easily accessible and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable for a couple."

"Great location, close to major Hwys and connecting streets. Nice residential neighborhood. Easy access to numerous Spring Training Stadiums. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Only issue was the height of the bed. It could be difficult for some elderly persons or those with hip/knee issues to get in/out of the bed. There is a step stool in the bedroom closet that I used throughout my stay to do so."

"It is as shown. Washing dishes by hand is not the best for sanitation for the next guests. I would suggest a mini dishwasher. This apt is located on the lower level of a private home. Beautiful landscaping."

"This casita continues to work perfectly for us. We don't need a lot of space because we are there to visit family. It's smartly laid out inside so we can unpack and relax, with a peaceful outdoor space (especially for morning coffee). It's in the middle of a neighborhood, but still very private. Plus there are speed bumps in the neighborhood so no one is racing past. Just lovely!"

"The unit was a building separate from the main house. It was spacious, clean and comfortable! It was located in a housing development with easy access to main routes, restaurants and shopping. The bathroom is really small (see pictures). Everything else was perfect!"

"The efficiency unit is exactly as pictured/described. My husband and I stayed 27 days and enjoyed the central location near everything in Fountain Hills, and an easy drive to Scottsdale, Mesa/Red Mountain and the ASU campus to visit our grandson. Each day we were out exploring the gorgeous Fountain Hills area and nearby communities of Rio Verde and Tonto Verde and play golf at the nearby courses of Desert Canyon and WaKaPoh. We appreciated the clean and comfortable efficiency unit to come back...
