"Location was perfect for my friends and I for our quick day trip to Virginia. It was close enough to popular mountain trails so we were able to get a hike in. Very spacious for about 4 people to sleep comfortably, just keep in mind there is a spiral staircase to the downstairs area that is a little tight for big bags but it’s no deal breaker as there is another entrance. All in all it was perfect my friends and I!"

"It is a cute little apartment with all the amenities we needed for a weekend away. We mostly used it as a place to decompress and sleep after our other plans while I'm Fredericksburg. It is very close to the train and there's some noisy traffic. It wasn't bothersome for us, but it is something to consider when booking. "Great property, as described! Clean, and appeared to be a good neighborhood. I felt safe staying by myself. April was very prompt in her response when I messaged for the internet information. Was in town for school, the internet was accessible and worked just fine I had my laptop and netflix account on the tv all from wifi. Super cute backyard and pond area. Close to a walmart, gas station and Chick-fil-A. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for a great stay!!!!"

The place was booked for two nights and one night we had children 1 & 2 years of age. The owner of the property stated that they did not allow children.
