Well located

Posted Apr 10, 2014
Very well located and well priced hotel by the i-5, beaches, restaurants, entertainment and others. Room is comfy, sheets clean and neat, good pillows, and no noise . Next to a gas station, there is all amenities nearby. Good shower, and they give you everything, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer . I did not get on time for the breakfast, when I got there they were taking it out, but I could see it was pretty decent .

Hotel near the I-5 freeway

Posted Mar 10, 2014
Hotel experienced pipe burst and sink was overflowed, and filled with debris. The carpet was damp. The room smelled of bleach.

Good stay

A week before I had stayed at the ramada . I have. 2 month old baby. I asked if I could check in early and they allowed me without charging me. And they did charge me $10 early check in fee.

Clean but very small

Posted Feb 21, 2014
The hotel overall was ok. The room was very small tough with a 5 yr old & 1 yr old. The remote worked intermittently, low battery possibly. Can really hear the freeway traffic. The breakfast is descent. Good for the price!

Good, near Camp Pendleton

Room was clean, TV a bit old and the batteries were held in by tape. Breakfast was ok, cereal, bagels, toast and waffles available. Desk staff was excellent. Good for the price and location (right off the 5).

You get what you pay for.

The outside of the hotel needs a lot of repairs a little more cleanliness as well. The room is super small. Is ok if your only sleeping for a couple of hours. Overall stay was ok. Calling the front desk in the morning was a hassle took really long for them to answer. If I have too I would stay there again.

Convenient location

Posted Jan 28, 2014
Pros: Staff friendly and convenience of being located so close to the event I had planned at the Elks lodge
Cons: The food is not diabetic friendly. The sidewalks are filthy and the landscape is not well maintained.
Location: It is right up against the freeway and is very noisy. Close to the beach. There is a casino right next door
The reason I booked this hotel was for the location. It is right on the freeway and was very noisy. The rooms are very small and the carpet is dirty. The beds were comfortable enough. The property is dirty and it lacks landscape and maintenance. They serve a complementary breakfast that includes waffles, cold sausage, cold bacon, hard boiled eggs, rubbery flat scrambled egg, cereal, and juice, toast and pastries. I had a lot of family that booked this hotel that were just as disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Room was clean and was way better then what I expected it for the price I paid. I would love to stay here again.
