"The room was extremely comfortable with good linens and towels. Daily maid service was excellent. Extremely quiet room and nicely appointed lighting and fixtures. However the toilet was very low to the ground and flushed from the front making it impossible to flush when seated on it. Must be addressed! The staff was very friendly with the highlight being waitress Fran who made our dining experiences fun and satisfying. No bellhop was a disappointment."

"The Capri Laguna was such a great relaxing boutique hotel for my business trip! My bed was so comfy and the room was clean with a cute modern beach decor vibe. My favorite part was hearing the ocean at night as I slept. I didn’t have an ocean view but the beach was right there! They have a couple of beautiful lounge patios you can enjoy! They had a great breakfast + coffee bar. I loved getting coffee in the lobby and walking down to the beach in the mornings! Perfect for a mellow weekend trip."

"Room was clean, restrooms clean, spent time in the pool & jacuzzi area, pool water was some what clean besides duck feathers, there was a duck swimming in the pool when we got there. Jacuzzi water temperature was perfect, was so soothing. All in all room and hotel were clean. They use an air ordor eliminator to clean the air in the hotel.Only negative part, pillows had a weird smell, and comforters had blood stains on them. Didn't notice blood stains till next day after top blanket was not used and the stains were on the bottom comforter. Also paid for parking $10 per night, thought parking was free, and $25 deposit per night! Will i stay here again!? Only if need be. "
