"Nothing with the owner. The construntion of the building is very thin and if you are trying to sleep in after a long drive. You feel that the all the cleaning, walking and talking is in your unit. The property is great. Well located. The renters are awesome. "

"The property worked out well for us. It had a comfy feeling. It had the basics that we needed but would have been nice to have a little more essentials, laundry soap, blow dryer, and extra blankets. The first bedroom did not have heat going into it. Could be because the hall vent is dusty? I did unplug one bedroom light as it was flickering when off and I worried about a fire hazard. Also, a little map to find the apartment would be perfect. "

"Stayed here towards the end of April with my two kids (5 and 7). It was located in a beautiful part of Gilbert and close to everything we needed. The property is fantastic, with a great yard, and an awesome fenced pool area. Located about 50 yards away from the home is a fun park area. The guest house had everything we needed, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be booking here again in the future. Cheers!"

"Didn’t appreciate receiving an email when I stepped off the plane saying I didn’t pay, when it was paid in full at booking. And then receiving no response back to a message & the phone number provided for the host went unanswered as well. You can hear everything outside. We were provided with 3 towels for 2 people when there is a pool & hot tub."

"The property was up-dtated and very well appointed for an older rental neighbourhood. It was very well set up with every piece of equipment that you would need for a long stay if you wanted to cook for yourself which we took advantage off for the whole week we were there. If you have friends in the nearby snow bird communities it is very convenient. The only two negatives we experienced were the lack of sunlight because it was a rear facing alley unit of a four flex with only three windows and...

"Booking the room was very easy. Received the Apt. number and door code by 2pm. Place was spotless, bed very comfortable. Only has a microwave so in the future we'll bring our roaster. Frozen breakfast items warmed in the microwave was enough.We will be returning again soon. Oh, i was impress that the rental Company text and asked if things were going well. Place was quiet even with dogs in the building. Couple dislikes: only one spoon available. Two would have been nice even an extra fork and...

"For the price i paid this was not a bad place. The bed was really comfortable. Would have been nice if there was a nightstand in between the beds with plug ins a tv in the bedroom would be a good touch. A couple more washcloths would have been nice. The drain pipe under the sink is not attached so it fell apart and water went all over the floor. Did not have access to the game room. The pool area was really nice. Black out curtains would be good in the bedroom.But over all this was a nice place...
